Alex Shubat brings an extensive history in executive management and venture funding to his leadership of Espresa. Most recently he served as the CEO of Goji FS, an NEA-backed startup in the foodtech space. As co-founder and CEO of Virage Logic, a semiconductor provider based in Silicon Valley, he oversaw the company's highly successful performance and acquisition by Synopsys. He is a member of the Band of Angels, one of Silicon Valley's oldest seed funding organizations. He is on the Industry Advisory Boards of Santa Clara University and the University of Toronto. He holds an executive MBA from Stanford University, a BS and MS in E.E. from the University of Toronto, and a Ph.D. in E.E. from Santa Clara University.
Igal has vast executive management experience with special emphasis on technology and organizational growth while delivering high value add to share holders. Igal has served as the COO of Goji Foods, ramping up its operations and business activity. Prior to that, Igal has been at Alvarion for over 10 years in executive roles including Senior VP of Networking, VP of Product Marketing and VP for Engineering. He has led complex interdisciplinary projects during his tenure in the 8200 unit in the IDF. Igal holds B.Sc. in E.E. from the Technion institute.

Raghavan Menon brings deep expertise in product engineering and in building organizations that innovate and execute. Most recently, he came to Google as part of Nimbuz Inc., creator of Odysee, a beautiful app for families who capture a lot of video. At Google, he headed a team that focused on growth products and built and operated services that handled over a billion clicks per day. Prior to Nimbuz Inc., Raghavan was Co-Founder and VP of Engineering of Ingot Systems where he built up a 30 person team and drove the growth of the company from zero to multi-million/year revenue leading to its acquisition by Virage Logic. At Virage, he was VP of Engineering for the new Interface IP Business Unit leading a 100 person team spread across USA, Europe, and Asia that delivered 1st silicon success consistently across half a dozen generations. Raghavan holds 9 patents and an MSEE (honors) from the Univ. of Kansas.

Mike brings more than 25 years of broad-based international and domestic experience leading Human Resources strategies in software, financial services and utility companies. By cultivating collaborative cultures and serving as an employee champion, Mike grows, develops and retains high performing teams. Prior to joining Espresa, Mike served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources and Administration for iPass Inc. where he spearheaded all aspects of Human Resources and general corporate functions and played an integral role in taking the company through a public offering. Prior to iPass, Mike led Human Resources teams at Visa and Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Mike studied Human Resources at Portland State University and holds two professional certifications from Stanford University.
David is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience with a wide range of companies - from start-ups to Fortune 100. He has hands-on experience with building the accounting and finance functions from the ground up as well as managing multiple finance organizations simultaneously. David has technology and software industry experience and most recently worked in the residential solar sector. David holds a BA, Economics degree from University of Santa Barbara.
